1. All the building materials for your home arrive 3 days before the home goes into production. |

2. All materials are stored under roof in climate controlled weather, never being exposed to weather. |

3. The process begins with construction of the floor systems. 2x10 floor systems also available. |

4. While the floor is being built, so are the walls and roofs. Everything is built on perfectly level, perfectly square steel jigs for accuracy. |

5. After the floor of the home is completed, the interior walls and plumbing fixtures are installed. The exterior walls are now ready to be built. |

6. Our homes can have up to 30% more lumber and building materials in them compared to traditional "stick built" homes of the same size. |

7. The exterior walls are then lifted into place after the interior of the home is completed. |

8. Scrap pieces of drywalls are glued on the backside of drywall seams for additional strength and stability.
|

9. After all of the walls are set, the roof is added and aligned using state of the ar techniques and technology.
|

10. These home are ENERGY STAR LABELED homes, exceeding industry minimums. |

11. To reduce air infiltration all sheathing joints are caulked making the home more energy efficient.
|

12. In most cases, air infiltration is standard. It can be added to any of our homes. |

13. After completion at the factory, the home is delivered to the site. |

14. The first half the the first floor of the home is put into place by a crane.
|

15. The other half of the first floor is put into place by a crane. |

16.The carriers from the delivery of the home are then stacked to be returned to the factory. |

17. The rear section of the second floor is then added to the completed first floor.
|

18. The front section of the second floor is then added to the completed first floor. |

19. In most cases, the roof is erected and the home is weather tight in one day. |

20. After a few short weeks of completion work, you are ready to move in!
